1. Service Description
CloudShield provides a shared web gateway API ("Service") that handles common access-verification patterns on behalf of your HTTP requests. The Service operates on a per-request credit model.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid, non-disposable email to register.
- One person or entity may hold at most two accounts. Bulk registration will result in suspension.
- You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential.
3. Credits & Billing
- Credits are consumed per successful request (1 credit for standard, 2 for upgraded path).
- Failed, timed-out, or rejected requests are not charged.
- Purchased credits expire 30 days after purchase; unused credits are forfeited upon expiry. Trial credits expire 3 days after claim.
- Purchasing a new credit pack resets the expiry timer to 30 days from the purchase date. Credits do not roll over.
- Credits are non-transferable.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Access systems you do not have authorization to access.
- Overload the gateway intentionally (DDoS, credential stuffing, etc.).
- Resell or sublicense access without written permission.
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled case-by-case within 7 days of purchase. Partially consumed credit packs may receive a prorated refund at our discretion. Trial credits are non-refundable. Contact support to initiate.
6. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". We do not guarantee 100 % uptime or success rate. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Remaining credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
